Medium-sized dogs only allowed on request for a fee of € 100.00 for the final cleaning of the room. Please bring a sleeping pad with you. Dogs are not allowed in the dining room, the bathing area and the lounge. The dog owner is liable for any damage.

Children's discounts in a double room with two full-paying adults:

· Children up to 3 years stay free.
· Children from 4 to 8 years 50% discount.
· Children from 9 to 14 years old 40% discount.
· Young people from 15 to 17 years old 20% discount.
· A third adult 10% discount.

Terms and Conditions

· Prices include 10% VAT and service.
· If the VAT rate changes, the prices are adjusted.
· Double room as single room surcharge of € 25.00 per day and person.
Booking conditions:
A definitive booking is only valid after receipt of a deposit of EUR 200.00 per double room - EUR 100.00 per single room. You can make a bank transfer free of charge to Hotel Alpenhof Sulden, Südtiroler Sparkasse AG Sulden branch

Cancellation conditions:
Cancellations up to 60 days before the start of the holiday -  no cancellation costs.
Cancellation from 60 days to 21 days before arrival - 300 euros per room.
From 21 days before the start of the holiday we can charge 80% of the booked arrangement.
From 7 days before the start of your holiday, we can charge 100% of the booked arrangement.
In the event of early departure, the entire booked arrangement will be charged.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance!

We are not liable for illness, weather and other.
· On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the room by 10.30 a.m.
· The room is ready for occupancy from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival.

EXTRA REGULATION IN TIMES OF COVID-19

In the event of a travel ban (by the Italian State) for our territory at the time of travel or in the event of another border closure, there are no cancellation fees. The deposit you have paid will then be credited towards a future reservation within one year.

 
It is also possible to take out travel cancellation insurance, which at least partially covers a cancellation in connection with COVID-19. You will find all the necessary information here
